Terms of Service

1. Purpose
These terms govern your use of the services that portnadapter ("we", "us") provides at portnadapter.com and its subdomains, including single sign-on (the "Service"), and set out the rights and obligations of you and us.
2. Effect and changes
- These terms take effect when posted on the Service.
- We may change these terms to the extent permitted by law, and will announce changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect.
- If you do not agree to the changes, you may stop using the Service and delete your account. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
3. Accounts
- You create an account by signing in with Kakao or Google. By signing in, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
- You may link several sign-in methods to one account. You are responsible for keeping those sign-in methods secure.
- You may request deletion of your account at any time.
4. Your obligations
You must not:
- Use another person's account or information
- Interfere with the operation of the Service, access its systems without authorization, or send excessive requests
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates the law or public order
5. Suspension
If you violate section 4, we may suspend your account or restrict your use of the Service without prior notice.
6. Provision and changes of the Service
- The Service is provided free of charge. We may change the Service or discontinue it in whole or in part.
- The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or other unavoidable causes.
7. Limitation of liability
- The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Issues caused by outages or policy changes of external sign-in providers such as Kakao and Google are governed by those providers' terms.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes relating to the Service will be resolved by the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.
