Privacy Policy

portnadapter ("we", "us") operates the services at portnadapter.com and its subdomains, including single sign-on at auth.portnadapter.com (the "Service"). This policy explains what personal information we process and why, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea.
1. Information we collect

We do not collect passwords. You sign in only with a Kakao or Google account.
2. How we use it
- To identify you, sign you in, and provide single sign-on across portnadapter services
- To link several sign-in methods to one account
- To prevent abuse, respond to security incidents, and keep the Service reliable
3. Retention
- Account information: until you delete your account. It is destroyed without delay once deletion is requested.
- Sign-in sessions: deleted automatically at most 30 days after last use, and invalidated immediately when you sign out.
- One-time sign-in codes and tokens: deleted automatically when they expire (at most 30 days).
- Access logs: kept only as long as needed for security purposes.
Where the law requires information to be preserved, we keep it for the required period.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or provide your personal information to third parties. When you use portnadapter single sign-on to sign in to a portnadapter service, that service receives the information requested on the sign-in screen (account identifier, name, email).

Our servers and databases are operated by us directly; we do not entrust personal information to third-party cloud storage.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. They contain only a randomly generated session value. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but you will not be able to sign in.
7. Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information, or deletion of your account. You can unlink sign-in methods in your account settings; for any other request, contact us below and we will act on it without delay.
8. Security
- All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
- Session cookies and tokens are stored as hashes, not in plain form.
- Signing keys are stored encrypted, and database access is restricted to the operator.
